The object of the invention is the use of the process for drying dispersed recyclable substances with superheated steam as the drying gas on recyclable substances and preparations thereof in the field of nutrients, especially foodstuffs and the raw materials for their production, preparations containing flavourings, preparations in the field of pharmaceutical auxiliary and/or recyclable substances and in the field of herbicides, fungicides and insecticides. The description concerns the drying process as such and also agents of the given fields containing recyclable substances and mixtures thereof in the form of steam-dried products.
