摘要

The testing device allows current to flow into a FET when voltage is authorized at an electrode(GPAD1-GPADk, DPAD1-DPADl) for power authorization formed at the upper and left of the liquid crystal pannel(30),and connected to each busline and each blocked busline in units of n by voltage. At this moment, the current is measured at testing electrode(D1-Dk, D1-Dl) of each block(11-1k, 21-2k) when n number of FET is turned on by authorizing voltage at gate electrode(G1-Gk, G1-Gl) of each block(11-1k,21-2k). FET formed by connecting to each busline forms as one block in units of n and current ratio of n number of FET inside of each block, and obtains geometrical sequence. The current that measured at testing electrode of each block is the sum of current flowing at FET and n number of busline and represents in a form of sum of geometrical sequence.
