The gas scrubber are treated in a cooling evaporator followed by a dryer to release the harmful solids. The gas then passes through a liquid scrubber. The gas temperature is maintained above the dew point in the cooler. The liquid slurry passes through non corrosive piping material which is pre-heated. The piping is heated by burning some of the treated gas. The pH values of the gases and liquid is maintained below 4. The dry gas passes through a cyclone separator to remove the dust.
