Thermophilus strain HY 0619 (deposit number: KFCC-10843, Korean Society of Bacteriology, October 7, 1994), produced and isolated according to the present invention, And the incubation time is fast.;The novel Streptococcus sp. Subtilis strain HY 0619 according to the present invention is used in the concentrate seeds and the mixed-concentrate seeds on the same day, and finally can be widely used for various lactobacillus fermented milk products.
