It is known that techniques for blocking advertisements inserted in non-desired scenes, for example, television programs, in the image are implemented using image processing techniques when characteristic scenes at the beginning and end of a non-desired scene are known. The present invention makes it possible to reliably detect a non-desired screen and to reliably return to the original television program when the scene is blocked.
