HYDROBARODYNAMIC METHOD OF CLEANING INTERNAL SURFACE OF PIPELINES

FIELD: pipe engineering. SUBSTANCE: method of cleaning internal surface of pipelines includes displacement of purifying jet-forming cuff along pipeline. Part of working agent is fed to the cuff, part is fed through the space between cuff and pipeline wall with formation of jets destroying sediments. At the expense of increasing the jet kinetic energy, velocity of working agent is elevated relative to cuff by means of decreasing absolute value of cuff velocity, for example, and/or by means of additional increase, at the same velocity, of working agent rate. In this case the pressure differential behind the cuff and in front of it is left constant and in ranges of 2 (0.2-0.6)MPa. EFFECT: enhanced quality of cleaning. 1 dwg
