FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: part of granulated sugar is mixed and sugar powder is obtained. Mixing is carried out for two stages: at the first stage granulated sugar (450-800 kg) is mixed successively with food acid, β-carotene and aromatic essence taken at the following doses, kg: 30-35; 0.035-0.35 and 6-20, respectively. At the second stage sugar powder (150-500 kg) and polyvitamin source were added to the prepared mixture. The source of polyvitamins in dry mixture for nonalcoholic beverage or cocktail preparing, g: vitamin A 20-80; vitamin D 0.1-0.5; vitamin E 200-500; vitamin B1 25,0-100,0 25-100; vitamin B2 20,0-0-80,0 20-80; vitamin B6 25,0-100,0 25-100; vitamin B12 0,05-0,2 0.05-0.2; folic acid 10-20; calcium D-pantothenate 100-400; niacin 250-1000; biotin 3-10; ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate 2000-5000.
