Windings 3 of adjacent inductors in two sections from one side are communicate with each other through capacitor 4 and from other side are connected to two charge-discharge buses 5. Buses are connected to power leads of symmetric controlled discharger 6 and through current limiting coils 7 are connected to counterphase leads of high-voltage windings 8 of power transformer and through capacity accumulators 9 of power - with electrodes 1. Second counterphase leads of windings 8 of power transformer are connected with primary winding 10 of inductive former 11 of hysteresis type starting pulses, coil ed on toroidal magnetic circuit 12 wit meddle ground point 13. Secondary winding 14 of former 11 from one side is grounded and from other side is connected to control lead 15 of discharger 6.
