METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF FRACTURE OF TIBIA TUBEROSITY

FIELD: orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: applied to extremity is Ilizarov apparatus. Patella is fixed with wire and broken-off fragment is repositioned by means of this wire. Fragment is fixed with wire and compression of fracture zone and is effected by its dosed tension. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment due to treatment of tibia tuberosity fracture by closed method with the help of the Ilizarov apparatus.
