FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Shin is bended in knee joint at angle 30°-40°. Abduction of shin outwards, displacement anteriorly and internal rotation to the limit of elastic resistance are carried out. Foot is unbent in knee joint. When shin is unbent completely, influence is stopped. Fixing bandage is applied until fracture is accreted.;EFFECT: method insures elimination of bone fragments displacement, recovery of movements in full volume, reduction of trauma and post-operational complications.;1 ex, 11 dwg
