FIELD: medicine; applicable in operative gynecology in surgical correction of sex. SUBSTANCE: operation is performed as follows. Typical operation of estirpation of uterus with tubes is performed. In this case, ovaries remain on vascular crus a.ovatica (ligament suspending ovary). After this, operation of ovary dicortication proper is started. Incision of tissue to the depth of 5-7 mm from one pole to the other is made over the most remote line from ovary hilus. Incision edges are caught by instruments and drawn aside. Surgeon with dull and sharp ways finds the boundary between cortical and medullar layers of ovary and separates over this boundary to both sides the cortical layer up to ovary hilus. Then, the separated parts of cortical layer are cut off. Thorough hemostasis of remained tissues of ovary is accomplished. After this, peritonization of the operative field is effected by common method with leafs of broad ligaments and remained tissues of ovary are sunk between leafs extraperitoneal. Wound of front abdominal wall is sutured by common method. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
