SUBSTANCE: method involves reconstruction of the man's perineum followed by formation of the vagina as an axial graft from the skin jacket of the penis in a single complex with the spongy body of the penis head on a long dorsal vascular-nerve pedicle by way of a circular cut at the penis base. The skin jacket with the spongy body is inserted in the formed canal and fixed so that the spongy body's position is that of the neck of the uterus. EFFECT: shorter operation time.
