SUBSTANCE: method involves forming neovagina from cutaneous sheath of the penis in one complex with spongy body of the glans penis on long dorsal neurovascular limb by making circular incision in the base of the penis to form axial flap, before reconstructing male perineum. The cutaneous sheath with spongy body of the glans penis is introduced into the so produced canal and fixed in physiological position with direct passage of the neovagina provided. The spongy body of the glans penis is arranged in the position of uterine cervix. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation. 5 dwg
