SUBSTANCE: the method includes cross- country run with a multi-variant variation of load on the organism of sportswomen by means of uphill run or jumps with slopes within 4 to 12 deg. at a speed of 4.0 to 4.5 m/s in overcoming conditions on a curvilinear section of a wavy profile (the relationship between the distance between the peaks of the wavy profile and its depth being within 6.2 to 7.0) with a subsequent downhill run or jumps on an inclined surface with a slope within 4 to 12 deg. at a speed of 4.0 to 4.5 m/s in dynamic conditions. Training is performed at a heart rate exceeding the threshold of anaerobic metabolism in postmenstrual and postovulatory phases according to the anabolic program for 15 to 30 minutes with a correction of load taking into strict account the menstrual cycle of sportswomen. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of training process due to taking into account the specific features of the female organism. 4 dwg
