METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF WOOD CHIPS WITH LOW CONTENT OF BARK FROM WHOLE WOOD CHIPS

FIELD: production of wood chips with low content of bark from whole wood chips. SUBSTANCE: the method provides for two or more successive stages of separation that can be subdivided into the stage of preliminary separation with production of chips with a content of bark lower than 10% and into the stage of final trimming; the stage of preliminary separation includes at least a pneumatic separation, and the stage of final trimming includes grading by color contrast. According to the offered method, before the stage of pneumatic separation bark is removed from chips by pulp grinding, which simultaneously decreases the size of chips particles. EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
