FIELD: selection of mode of electron-beam welding of parts by an inclined beam. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of changing an inclination angle value of a beam at electron- beam welding according to a polar coordinate with a pole, coincided with an axis of the beam and laying on a surface of a sample; calculating an optimal value of the inclination angle of the beam as an arithmetic mean of angles in boundaries of a portion of high-quality formation of a welded seam; performing in addition an alternation of linear and polar motions of the beam; using the sample with its one surface to be welded being cylindrical and having a radius, equal to a thickness value of the sample; arranging a center of the cylindrical surface on an opposite surface of the sample; in order to increase an accuracy of determination of the optimal inclination angle of the beam, making both surfaces to be welded cylindrical ones with a radius value, equal to a half of the thickness of the sample upon placing the pole of the polar coordinate and displacing it on an axis of symmetry of the sample.
