Pressure control valve for use in motor vehicle ABS or traction control system

The hydraulic control valves have the separate coils (22) located on a plastic moulding (21) with elastic sleeves (50) through which the electric contact leads are positioned. The coils and associated control valves are clamped between the sleeves and the hydraulic block (10) and relieve the electric leads of any stresses. The elastic sleeves have profiled outer shapes to clip into the moulded support and holes for a loose fit for the leads. The leads are contacted on the outside of the fitting by flexible strip connectors (40) which connects to the control board. The elasticity of the sleeves provides a secure clamping action to position the coils and valves.
