The horizontally mounted rotary driven body (9) has several tine-like tools (13) evenly spread out over the circumference and designed to move on their own relative to the rotation body in addition to their revolving movement brought about by the rotary movement of the rotation body.Each tool can be driven to rotate about a radially mounted shaft (25,26).
