A method of supplying at least two electrical loads with electrical power, e.g. a lifting cylinder or a contactor, for controlling the loads and their monitoring in which the electrical loads are connected to a common electrical power supply and in which a micro processor provides a control command for the required load by means of a central control over the power supply. The respective microprocessor is designed at the same time to generate signals confirming proper working of the load, and these signals are fed back over the electrical power supply at the control.
