The system transfers components and/or their supports between the mfg. stages, including recycling the supports. It has a rotatable platform (4) to receive components and/or supports (1), driven by a motor. Loading and unloading onto/from the platform is performed by a robot (3,5,7,9). The platform may have a plain form, with a geometric contour, for an assembly of circles or polygons. The robot may be positioned near the platform periphery, or inside it. There may be two independent concentric platforms. The system may typically move components from a tipping truck (2) to an oven, or the reverse. A robot (5) may lift supports from the platform, transferring to a conveyor (6). Others (7,9) may remove supports from the platform and transfer to another truck (10).
