PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a belt automatically by providing a first washer which ejects wash water to the belt from inside to outside and a second washer which ejects wash water at a shallow angle to the belt from outside, on the downstream side of the first washer along the direction of movement of the belt. ;SOLUTION: A first washer 61 which ejects wash water to a conveyor belt 21 from inside to outside and a second washer 62 which follows the first washer 61 to eject wash water at a shallow angle from the outside of the belt 21 are provided. Thus, even grains of rice that are spread over the belt can be pushed out of the surface of the belt and floated up by ejection from the first washer, and are scraped off the belt by ejection from the second washer, so that automatic washing is made possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
