PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heating by solar heat and noises coming from the roof side to the interior for a flat roofed building on which solar battery modules are installed. SOLUTION: Solar battery modules 21, 21... are installed at a specified angle in a specified area on the surface of a flat roof part of a flat roofed unit building 1 while dummy panels 22, 22... are installed in a vacant area (an area in which the installation is not made) where the solar battery modules 21, 21... are not installed, and the surface of the flat roof part is entirely covered. Thereby, the surface of the flat roof part is not directly exposed to sunlight and rain, and heating by solar heat at the surface of the flat roof part in the summertime and noises coming from the roof side to the interior can be reduced because an air layer formed between the surface of the flat roof part and the underside of the solar battery modules 21, 21... and the dummy panels 22, 22... works as a layer for heat insulation and sound insulation.
