FAILURE FORETELLING DIAGNOSIS DEVICE OF HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure foretelling diagnosis device which is used for a hydraulic elevator and which is highly general-purpose, simple in constitution and inexpensive. ;SOLUTION: Detection output signals of a rotating encoder 90, a pressure detector 91 and a temperature detevator 92 are taken in, hydraulic pressure in a piping Tu and temperature of working oil are computed, speed of a hydraulic elector, acceleration, flooring speed, a flooring stop position, strength of impact at the time of stop, etc., are computed, and their data are stored in an RAM 112. Thereafter, wren stored various data D_ij become those of ten times, a difference with a current data D₁₀ for each of respective kinds of the data D_ij, that is, an amount of change of the data (D_ij-D_io), and additionally an average value of the amount of change of the data D_i=Σ_j1¹⁰(D_ij-D_io)/10 are computed, and whether the aveage value D_i is within a previously specified standard value (D_i±ΔD_i) it not is judged.
