PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumable electrode type remelting method for superalloy which can stably produce a cast ingot without developing the abnormal structure. ;SOLUTION: In the consumable electrode type remelting method for superalloy, after beforehand executing soaking treatment to the consumable electrode 1, the remelting is executed. Further, the effective melting method after executing the soaking treatment to the consumable electrode 1, is a vacuum arc remelting method, electroslag remelting method, plasma arc remelting method, etc. Further, the superalloy suitable to this remelting is desirable to be an alloy having ≥2.0mass% one kind or total of two kinds of Nb and Ti.
