PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the prefabricated waterproof material with the simple layered structure without lowering the waterproof performance and the workability thereof, and to provide the manufacture thereof without a process for separately forming a first waterproof layer and a second waterproof layer and for attaching them to each other. ;SOLUTION: A waterproof compound layer is formed of a weathering surface layer 21, which is selected among a group of a mineral grain layer and a metal foil layer and a weathering synthetic resin film layer, a first modified asphalt layer 22, a first base material layer 23, a second modified asphalt layer 24, a second base material layer 25 and an adhesive material layer. A chamfering member 28 is adhered so as to cross the waterproof compound layer. A prefabricated waterproof material for rising part is formed of a peeling layer 27 for covering the adhesive material of the waterproof compound layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
