PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated waterproof sheet proper to the waterproofing works of a perpendicular and the waterproof execution method of an upright section using the prefabricated waterproof sheet. ;SOLUTION: In a prefabricated waterproof material for an upright section, a first waterproof layer 8 is formed by shaping an asphalt layer and a plastic film layer on the top face of a base material for asphalt roofing and the asphalt layer and a pressure-sensitive layer on the underside of the base material. A second waterproof layer 9 consisting of asphalt roofing having a weather-resisting layer selected from the group composed of a mineral grain layer, a metallic foil layer and a weather- resisting synthetic-resin film layer on a surface is formed on the plastic film layer of the first waterproof layer 8. The first waterproof layer 8 is constituted of a chamfering member 1 bonded while being crossed on the pressure-sensitive layer of the first waterproof layer 8 and release layers 6, in which there is no chamfering member 1 and which cover the pressure-sensitive layer of the first waterproof layer 8.
