PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the buckwheat noodles capable of providing pleasure of eating and promoting health as well as enjoying a Chinese food mixed with Chinese medicines by mixing buckwheat noodles with powder of Chinese medicines as a material for the Chinese food mixed with Chinese medicines. SOLUTION: Buckwheat flour and wheat flour as raw materials for buckwheat noodles are mixed with powder of Chinese medicines in a proper ratio, kneaded with water, made into clay-like balls, thinly extended, thinly cut, arranged and dried to give the objective buckwheat noodles blended with Chinese medicine.
