PURPOSE: To produce an instant black rice gruel powder having nourishing and tonic effect with excellent digestion. ;CONSTITUTION: Raw materials of following (A) and (B) are mixed together, passed through 120 mesh (or more number) sieves and ground, and cane sugar is added and blended, and heat-sterilized as powder, then packaged. By the above, raw material of rice gruel can be obtained in powdery state and can be eaten as rice gruel or a drink (instead of tea or coffee, etc.) by adding suitable amount of hot water or cold water (or may be as powder).
