PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the next hardener injection process by forwarding a hardener remaining in a pipeline in a tunnel to the recovery pipe side by the water supply pressure of wash water, sending a plug body and the hardener up to the shaft side through a recovery pipe and removing the plug body and the hardener. ;SOLUTION: For removing a hardener remaining in a hardener supply pipe 4 while washing the inside of the supply pipe 4, a plug body is inserted to a bypass pipe section between a nineth valve 22 and a tenth valve 23 in a plug-body inserting pipe 25 communicated with a bypass pipe 24, and the sixth valve 17 of the hardener supply pipe 4 on the tunnel side and a seventh valve 18 on the hardener layer side are closed under the state, in which an eleventh valve is closed. When a third valve 13 and eighth or tenth valves 19, 22, 23 are brought to an opened state and a first pump 16 is operated, the hardener supply pipe 4 is supplied with wash water through a connecting pipe 20 from a water tank 21. Water is flowed to the bypass pipe 24 at pressure, and the hardener pushing the rear of a plug body V and remaining is pushed out to a recovery pipe 8 at the water pressure, and removed to the shaft side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
