PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detection apparatus in which it is not required to make a through hole used to confirm a filling state at the lower part of a diaphragm sheet. SOLUTION: A sensor 22 for measurement is fixed to, and installed at, the rear surface side of a diaphragm sheet 14 which is fixed and bonded to the inside of a steel pipe body 12. The sensor 22 for measurement is used to detect the filling state of concrete C on the basis of a change in a resistance value, and it is installed in a position corresponding to a gap interval formed on the rear surface side of the diaphragm sheet 14. The sensor 22 for measurement is provided with an electric-insulating flat boardlike substrate 22a, with one pair of electrode plates 22b which are installed on the substrate 22a by keeping a prescribed interval and with one pair of lead wires 22c which are connected individually to the respective electrode plates 22b. The thickness of the flat boardlike substrate 22a is set to a size corresponding to the gap interval formed on the rear surface side of the diaphragm sheet 14.
