PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain blurs of a printed image, that is a peculiar phenomena of jet-ink dyeing caused by a high-boiling point solvent contained in ink, and perform drying operation without such problems as fouling, uneven drying, transfer, etc., caused by low-viscosity ink. ;SOLUTION: After dyed by ink-jet dyeing, a piece of cloth is dried by blowing hot-air having temperatures of 90°C or lower to the cloth at the hot-air speed of 0.3-30m/s, and the ratio of the total air flow rate of a dryer to the flow rate of air discharged outside the dryer is within 10:3-10:10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
