MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR WOODEN DECK OF SHIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment as the number of mounting processes is reduced by a method wherein an internal screw joint nut is joined in a screwed-in state with a stud bolt on a deck and a mounting bolt nut is joined in a screwed-in state with the opposite stud bolt side of the nut through a washer for fastening, and an adhesion filler between a wooden deck and a deck is pressed. ;SOLUTION: A stud bolt 7 is securely welded in a given position on a deck 1. A deformation amount of the deck 1 is measured, a thread is stretched between the stud bolts 7 to decide the coating height of an adhesion filler 10. Thin wood pieces are laid in the place, where many depressions are formed, of the deck 1 and adhered together for smoothening. A joint nut 9 is joined in a screwed-in state with a stud bolt 7. After the adhesion filler 10 is applied to a height at which the thread is stretched, the thread is removed. The mounting hole 3 of a wooden deck 2 is placed in such a state to be matched with the center of the joint nut 9. A mounting nut 8 is joined in a screwed-in state with the joint nut 9 through a washer 4 and fastened, and the wooden deck 2 is securely pressed against the deck 2 through the adhesion filler 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
