PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To turn the trivet of conventional gas range and heater for a household to a stable shape matched with the bottom surface of a Chinese pot and to prevent extinction such as a frame failure or the like due to boiling over and a wind. ;SOLUTION: Pot receiving ribs 2 on the upper surface of a trivet main body 1 are turned to a semispherical shape along the bottom of the Chinese pot and a peeking window 3 in a notched shape for confirming a combustion state is provided on the side face upper part of the trivet main body 1. The bottom surface 4 of the trivet main body 1 is turned to a square shape whose corners are rounded so as to be suited to the existing trivets of a round shape and the square shape, etc., of the gas range for the household.
