PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stripes due to the mixing in of a pattern material from generating by a method wherein a transparent or semi-transparent colored thermoplastic resin sheet is laminate-integrated with an opaque thermoplastic resin embossed base sheet under a heated state or with an adhesive. ;SOLUTION: A glass nonwoven fabric 3 is fed to a heating roll 4 in such a manner that the glass nonwoven fabric 3 is pinched with opaque PVC sheets 1 and 2, and heated. Then, an embossing is performed by an embossing roll 5, and the obtained opaque PVC embossed base sheet 8 is considerably cooled by the time reaching a laminating roll 7. In the meantime, by mixing nonsoluble chips in a PVC sheet 9, colored transparent PVC sheet 9 is made, and the colored transparent PVC sheet 9 is heated by a heating roll 6 to a degree wherein a laminate-bonding is possible, and is laminate-integrated with the opaque PVC embossed base sheet 8 by the laminating roll 7, and a product 10 with a thick and thin pattern of a three-dimensional impression, is obtained.
