PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a oil collection and replenishing device wherein mingling of bubbles and remaining different insulation coil into collected insulation oil is prevented and the reliability of analyzing result of collected sample oil is improved. SOLUTION: Communication among a connection member 22, a collection oil vessel 26, and a replenishing vessel 29, a sucking-discharging means 30, etc., is switched with first and second three-way switching valves 25a and 25b, insulation oil 3 and 29c in a main tank 1 and a replenishing vessel 29, respectively, are allowed to flow-in, so that air and remaining insulation oil of previous collection in pipings 23a-23g and the sucking/discharging chamber 30 are driven out to a drain vessel 28. Then, the insulation oil 3 is introduced into the collection oil vessel 26, to be used as a sample. By moving a piston 30b of the sucking/discharging means 30, a specified amount of pure insulation oil 29c in the replenishing vessel 29 is introduced into a cylinder chamber 30j, and the main tank 1 is fed with it.
