METHOD FOR PREPARING NICKEL ELECTROFORMING BATH AND NICKEL ELECTROFORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prohibit the sulfur embrittlement of nickel electroforming molds by surely removing the sulfur component in a nickel electroforming bath. ;SOLUTION: This nickel electroforming device has a vessel body 12 for the nickel electroforming bath, a desulfurizing means 14 for subjecting the electroforming liquid discharged from the vessel body 12 to a desulfurization treatment, a filter means 16 for filtering the electroforming liquid after the desulfurization treatment and a circulating means 18 for circulating and supplying the electroforming liquid past the desulfurizing means 14 and the filter means 16 to the vessel body 12. The sulfur component in the nickel electroforming bath is, therefore, surely removed and the sulfur embrittlement of the deposited nickel electroforming molds is prohibited.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
