PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of promoting the in-vitro fertilization effect of the bovine spermatozoa. ;SOLUTION: This method comprises co-culturing the bovine spermatozoa with the bovine salpingian epitheliocytes, then culturing the same with the bovine ovum. The in-vitro fertilization power of the bovine spermatozoa is improved and, therefore, the productivity of the bovine in-vitro fertilized ovum is enhanced and the effective utilization of the frozen semen is made possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
