PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent watertightness by laminating a synthetic-resin foam layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive material layer on the rear of a covering material, in which a synthetic resin film is laminated on the top face of the substrate of a synthetic rubber or a synthetic resin. ;SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped or tabular substrate 4 consisting of a polyolefin synthetic rubber or a polyolefin synthetic resin is molded. A polyolefin synthetic resin film 3 is laminated on the top face of the substrate 4, and a fluorine synthetic resin film 1 is laminated on the top face of the synthetic resin film 3 through an adhesive layer 2, thus forming a covering material. A polyolefin synthetic-resin foam layer 5 is formed on the rear of the substrate 4 of the covering material, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 and a release sheet 7 are laminated on the underside of the synthetic-resin foam layer 5. Accordingly, adhesive properties to a foundation and the watertightness of the mutual lapping sections of the sheets can be improved further.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
