PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) having strong MRSA eliminating effects, capable of safely eliminating MRSA without adverse effects to human bodies and suitable for spraying into a mouth, nose, etc., by consisting of nebulizer and an extract of Asparasus linealis. ;SOLUTION: This device for treating MRSA comprises (A) an extract of Asparasus linealis [e.g. an extract obtained by heat-extracting its leaves, stems or fine powder (A₁) with water or an organic solvent (e.g. methanol, ethanol or acetone), an extract prepared by extracting A₁ with hot water, then extracting the residue with an alkali] and (B) a nebulizer such as an ultrasonic nebulizer.
