PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a sufficiently safe method without disposing of and processing waste. SOLUTION: Cast blocks for construction work consists of cubic cast, the fitting recess parts 18 and the fitting projection parts 19 of adjacent blocks 8 are fitted to each other, they are arranged and can be overlapped. Iron tower temporary setting comprises a first process for excavating and leveling the ground, a second process for attaching floor plate material 38 on soil leveling the ground so that the upper face thereof may be wholly horizontal, a third process for attaching a leg attaching beam 39 having leg attaching material 40 onto the floor plate material 38, a fourth process for successively fitting and arranging cast blocks 8 for construction work on the floor plate material 38 and overlapping a plurality of the blocks 8 at necessary parts, and a fifth process for attaching a temporary iron tower to the leg attaching material 40. In the case where a temporary iron tower is removed, noise and waste disposal of industrial products are not produced because the blocks 8, flat plates 37, the floor plate material 38 and the leg attaching beams 39 can be used again.
