PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a clone cultivation of E. globulus of which an efficient clone seeding culturing method has not yet been established possible. SOLUTION: A nodular tissue and an adventitious shoot are induced by culturing a hypocotyl of E. globulus in an artificial fixed medium containing inorganic salts and a phytohormone. The adventitious shoot is induced by subjecting the nodular tissue to a stationary culture. The resultant adventitious shoot is subjected to a stationary culture in an artificial fixed medium containing the inorganic salts and the phytohormone at a concentration lower than the former artificial fixed medium to propagate the adventitious shoot, then the propagated adventitious shoot is further transplanted to an artificial fixed medium containing the inorganic salts at a concentration lower than the former artificial fixed medium and containing the phytohormone to be regenerated to a plant body. By this method, a clone cultivation of E. globulus which is especially excellent as a pulp material is made to be possible and supplying of a clone seedling for a gene transformation or a seedling for an afforestation is also made to be possible.
