PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-applied measurement device of high precision and with high possibility of actual use wherein stability is kept for an extended period. ;SOLUTION: In the optical system including a collimator of a transmission fiber 3, a polarizer 4, a sensor fiber 5 and its collimator, a photo-detector 7, and a collimator of a reception fiber 8, the optical parts except the sensor fiber 5 are stored in an optical system storage box 21. A fiber connector 15 which constitutes respective collimators, a fitting member 16 which constitutes the collimators of the transmission fiber 3 and the reception fiber 8, a lens holder 22 which constitutes the collimator of the sensor fiber 5, an adjustment sleeve 23, fixing members such as a connector holder 24, and an optical system storage box 21 are constituted of nickel alloy steel of nickel content of 30-40%. Fixing members are laser-welded (laser welded part WL) for fixing and, each fixing member and the optical system storage box 21 are also laser-welded for fixing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
