SOLUTION: This system is provided with a card 10 for achievement degree display provided with an information recording part and an information display part 4 for repeatedly rewriting visible information by external energy, a reader- writer for at least reading information to the information recording part of the card and rewriting the visible information to the information display part and a data processing means for performing the processing of the information to the information recording part and the information display part.
