PURPOSE: To reconcile the improvement in heat accumulating property with the maintenance of mechanical strength in a heating block by providing a number of fine holes opened to the other surface of a base within a range wider than the position corresponding to a heating element. ;CONSTITUTION: A glaze 2 is formed on one surface of a base 1, a resistor 3 is formed on the glaze 2. The glaze 2 consists of, for example, glass, and covers the whole end or a prescribed area on the base 1. The resistor 3 is formed in a prescribed position on the glaze 2 with a prescribed with and a prescribed length. A number of fine holes 4 are formed on the other surface of the base 1. The fine holes 4 are formed within a range wider than the position corresponding to the resistor 3 out the other surface of the base 1.
