PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To push-in refuse having elasticity into a refuse put-in box without causing return of the refuse. ;SOLUTION: A rotary plate 14 for scraping up refuse, and a push-in plate 16 for pushing the refuse scraped up by the rotary plate 14 toward the inside of a refuse storage box 6, are arranged-installed inside refuge put-in box 10.
