PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser build-up method to the inside wall surface of a hollow hole capable of abolishing the use of a binder for holding a powdery build-up material on a work and a centrifugal force generator and a laser build-up jig. ;SOLUTION: The laser build-up jig 2 is inserted into the hollow hole 10 of the work 1. The powdery build-up material Wa is transported along the transporting path 28 of the laser build-up jig 2 and is discharged from a discharge port 27 toward the inside wall surface 12 of the work 1. The laser K of the laser projecting system 22 is passed through the discharge port 27 and the build-up material Wa during the course of discharge or the build-up material Wa right after the discharge is irradiated with the laser beam K.
