PURPOSE: To display the identification code of an aircraft on the air port surface on a radar scope by obtaining the locus on which the arrival time difference becomes constant, comparing the position information of the aircraft obtained from the intersection of the beam direction of an electronic scanning antenna and the locus with the position information from an airport surface detecting radar. ;CONSTITUTION: The position information of an aircraft 3 obtained by an airport surface detecting radar 12 is calculated and processed by a processor 21, and the beam direction information is formed into the beam control signal by a beam scanning controller 18 and inputted to an electronic scanning antenna 16. The interrogation signal (a) from a secondary monitoring antenna 11 is received by an aircraft 3, the response signal (b) is emitted, and it is received by a receiver 19 via the antenna 16 as the response signal (c). The identification code of the response signal (c) is decoded by a decoder 20, the response signal (c) is inputted to the processor 21, and the arrival time difference between the synchronization (e) and the response signal (c) is obtained, and this position information is compared with the position information from the radar 12.
