Power-line carrier signal transmission device

PURPOSE:To control an arc extinction reactor without losing its function by allowing a power line carrier signal transmitter to make transmission and reception intermittently and utilizing a zero phase voltage of the distribution system for a period not applying transmission and reception. CONSTITUTION:A non-transmission period signal not sending a signal between a master station transmission/reception main circuit 8 and a slave station transmission/reception main circuit 10 and displaying a period not generating a zero phase voltage to a substation bus 1 and a transmission period signal sending a signal between a master station 4 and a slave station 9 and displaying a period generating a zero phase voltage to a substation bus 1 are inputted alternately to a sample-end-hold circuit 13 by using a signal transmission period control circuit. In the input of the non-transmission period signal, an output of a zero phase voltage measuring circuit 14 is outputted as it is to an arc extinction reactor controller 15 and the output of the zero phase voltage measuring circuit 14 is held in the input of the transmission period signal to output the output of the zero phase voltage measuring circuit 14 based on the non-transmission period signal just before the input of the transmission period signal is outputted to the arc extinction reactor controller 15. Thus, the arc extinction reactor is controlled without being affected by the zero phase voltage generated in the substation bus 1.
