PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer system by which receiving level information can be transferred without increasing the number of lines between a modulating and demodulating part and a communication control part in a district center. CONSTITUTION:The district center is provided with a modulator and demodulator 1 which demodulates a received signal 11 and outputs receive data 12, a receiving level measuring instrument 2 which measures the receiving level information 13 from the received signal 11, and a time-division multiplexer 3 which time-division-multiplexes the receive data 12 and the receiving level information 13, and in the district center, at the time of transferring the receive data from the modulating and demodulating part to the communication control part, the receive data is transferred as a multiplex signal 14 in which the receive data 12 and the receiving level information 13 are time-division-multiplexed.
