PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer system capable of transferring reception timing information without increasing the number of lines between a modulating part and a communication control part. CONSTITUTION:A district center is provided with a modulator and demodulator 1 to demodulate receive data 12 from a received signal 11, a receiving timing measuring instrument 2 to measure receiving timing from the received signal 11 and output the receiving timing information 13, and a time-division multiplexer 3 to time-division-multiplex the receive data 12 and the receiving timing information 13, and since the receiving timing information detected from the received signal is transferred to the communication control part as a multiplex signal 14 obtained by time-division-multiplexing the same information and the demodulated receive data, necessity to provide separately a line for transferring the receiving timing information is eliminated.
